But really we’re asking the supernatural: for humans to morph to the next level or more of consciousness (Spiral Dynamics model) at warp speed. Maybe, have to count on it being a greater than zero probability. It feels like being on a sinking ship, think Titanic, struggling mightly to get the women and children out of bed and up to he deck to the lifeboats, and then staying behind as the last boat shoves off.
Larry’s work has recently come to my screen, I’ve been onto this for a decade or more. Recent helpful conclusions from Mielke, as above, Nolthenius (on Garrett Relation thermodynamics of economy), and Climate Mobilization project. Kevin Anderson fills in the science vaccuum.
