You seem to have a good understanding of just how bad our situation is, and how little has been achieved by gentle persuasion.
I do agree more direct action needs to be taken, having read most but not all of this article, you seem to have considered the difficulties and hurdles you need to cross to get the ones who matter to listen.
Although I am retired and no longer active in climate protests, I would support you in his effort.
