It is time to choose what you will do about the climate change emergency. Below are the five most common choices and courses of action that individuals eventually make, either consciously or unconsciously!

This page assumes you have read the ten critical facts about climate change and the runaway global heating emergency found here. Once you have read that ten climate facts summary page, you are ready to make the best possible informed decision about what you want to do about the climate change emergency. 

Everyone (including our staff and volunteers) eventually weighs out and then consciously or unconsciously chooses upon one or more of the five decision and action options listed below.

The five most common choices individuals make about what they will do about the climate change emergency

Because of the life-and-death seriousness of our climate change nightmare, our organization does not blame or judge any individual, group, or organization choosing any of the five decision-action options below.

Action 1: Force our governments to ACT to save us before it is too late. To do this effectively with the little time we have left to prevent mass extinction, you would need to have already some direct and significant influence with politicians or government agencies besides your basic vote. If you do not have this kind of influence, keep voting for politicians who will reduce fossil fuel use and look over the other options.

Action 2: Start the needed emergency preparations and adaptations to survive as long and as comfortably as possible. You chose this because our governments continue to fail to enforce the required global fossil fuel reductions with little evidence this will change in time to save us from near-endless climate change catastrophes and disasters.

Action 3: Accept the eventual mass extinction probability of the climate change emergency and do nothing. Enjoy your life as previously planned and the rapidly worsening climate stability for as long as possible.
