For 4 months of relentless weeks, the Job One for Humanity website has been under a highly adaptive, layered, professional denial-of-service type attack. These attacks have reduced our daily visitors from over 2,000 to as few as 2-5 climate change-qualified people a day. During this massive hack, we had approximately 1.8 million non-climate change people, or bots, hit the website and over 9.5 million denial of service type attacks.

Make no mistake — this is not just about us!

This is part of a broader, chilling trend:

• • Critical climate change data is disappearing from government websites.

  • Satellites tracking greenhouse gases are being shut down early.

  • Programs that have measured atmospheric CO₂ for decades are being defunded.

This is well beyond climate change denial. This is climate truth erasure — and we are one of the last remaining sources for 100% publicly funded, uncensored climate change research and analysis.

Ask yourself: Who benefits when the public is unable to access accurate climate change information? Fossil fuel giants? Governments whose survival depends on oil and gas revenue. Other groups that deny climate science for ideological, financial, or religious reasons.

Whoever is behind these attacks is succeeding in at least temporarily silencing and minimizing voices like ours.

Whenever crucial facts are hidden or erased at high levels of passion, it is logical to suspect that the facts being hidden are very, very bad, especially for those in power.

Our current recovering reality

Your email is safe if you are already a member or subscriber, but to keep the site online, we have had to:

• • Disable all comment features and member profiles

  • Add strict multi-layer security to all petitions, volunteer sign-ups, and donations

  • Restrict certain interactive features and profiles to protect members

These measures, along with other undisclosed measures, will maintain our site's accessibility while adding additional security steps for member subscribers.

We have been working closely with our service provider and with other outside security professionals.

We are still defiant and will continue to speak uncensored climate truth with your help!
