Worldwide, an estimated over 300,000 individuals have signed this petition and similar petitions co-sponsored by other allied climate change and environmental nonprofit organizations!

We, the citizens of our nation and of the Earth, are endowed with certain universal rights, powers, and responsibilities, which demand we act to preserve and protect the future of humanity alive today, the cycle of life for future generations, and Earth's other biological life.

Based on abundant scientific evidence and our own climate change experiences, we recognize that:

a. In 2025, global warming is accelerating faster than ever before.

b. Despite 60 years of credible scientific warnings, the consequences of climate change have reached catastrophic and disastrous levels, causing widespread disruption and destabilization of our climate and environment.

c. The global climate has become increasingly unstable. This is due to the acceleration of atmospheric greenhouse gas pollution (carbon, methane, and nitrous oxide), which is predominantly coming from the burning of human-caused fossil fuels.

d. Climate change is an urgent global emergency that demands immediate action by governments and policymakers.

We are now facing a rapidly worsening climate change scenario.

This climate change-driven environmental deterioration and escalating extinction threat can only be fixed by our politicians immediately enacting the scientifically correct 2025 global fossil fuel reduction targets. Achieving the 2025 global targets will reduce the damaging effects of atmospheric carbon, methane, and nitrous oxide to required levels to prevent the worst consequences of climate change.

It will also help prevent the loss of at least 10 million lives a year worldwide from just the painful and debilitating health-related effects of the toxic air pollution caused by fossil fuel burning.

If we do not achieve the 2025 global fossil fuel reduction targets, the frequency, severity, and size of global climate change consequences will rise dramatically from 2025 to 2031 and beyond, far exceeding what Humanity can adapt to.

Many of these climate change consequences will be catastrophic and last for hundreds to thousands of years.

Therefore, I hereby demand

that our politicians and government leaders from all nations enact these four actions:

1. Declare a national, international, and planetary Climate Change Emergency. (We will never be able to manage worsening climate change unless we mobilize and call the climate change emergency that it is, a life and death emergency for most of humanity.)

2. Immediately enact and enforce verifiable national and international laws that will help us meet the required 2025 global fossil fuel reduction targets. (These climate change-related laws and actions are described here.)

3. Order an immediate government mass mobilization of all necessary resources and personnel to execute all required governmental actions to achieve the correct 2025 global fossil fuel reduction targets. And finally,

4. Initiate the necessary measures to prepare for, adapt to, build resilience against, manage migration, and implement managed retreat strategies in response to the impending, severe consequences of climate change that our nation can no longer avoid or prevent. (About one-half of humanity or more could die off by 2050-2070 if our politicians fail us once again.)

By electronically signing the climate change emergency petition below, I am officially petitioning and demanding that my national politicians take the four actions outlined above to protect and preserve humanity and all biological life on Earth.

Furthermore, realizing that the consequences of climate change that are already occurring will take centuries to thousands of years to repair (creating an unbearable nightmare for future generations), I further pledge to continue helping resolve our intensifying climate change emergency until it is resolved.

Man-made CO2 comprises 5% of total natural carbon emissions. Requires an additional to existing of 6 million sq km plus of dense forest just to balance and more to pull back say twice to three times

We need to eliminate the use of fossil fuels and keep them in the ground, Cars need to be replaced urgently for there are beyond billions which means each car that runs emits co2 into our atmosphere and warms the planet up by every switch of the key, We need to forget about the things that come underneath the matter of climate change and focus purely on that, stop building house and start creating wildlife parks in their places, start to regrow the forests which once covered the majority of the planet before we killed them in making room for factories. Stop talking and start cutting these factories off start to eliminate the ways we once had, i don’t care about the risks the planet comes before the people for we wouldn’t exist without the planet.

We can defeat GLOBAL WARMING in 5 years by using used oil tankers to take in sea water and convert it into fresh water, then freeze it into cargo cantainer sized, 50’Long x10tall and 10’wide, ice cubes. Each tanker produces 5,000 cargo container sized ice cubes per day. We will use heavy duty helicopters to carry the ice cubes to the glaciers . Imagine 25 used oil tankers 2 to 5 miles off the coast of Greenland’s glacier. We will place the ice cubes ,strategically, so that when the heavy winter weather roles in our ice cubes will trap the moisture and grow. This is very easy to achieve, and we’ll lower the ocean water tables by inches over the course of five years. The costs will be nominal because of the world wide contrabutions of money and equipment. Adding 125,000 cargo container sized ice cubes per day, to the Greenland glacier, for 50+ days, during the fall months will help us replenish the lost glacier ice. Also, we can use this technique to prevent wildfires from forming. By positioning used oil tankers off the coast of California, and on the Gulf. But we will freeze the ocean water into tree log sized ice cubes and place them in and around the dry, hot spots for wildfires. Say, 10,000 per day, tree logs sized ice cubes just melting. Providing much needed moisture in those targeted areas for wildfires. No more lost of life or property from wildfires ever again by using this technique. We will ship the tree logs sizes ice cubes by tractor trailer during the night time hours.
